I think it depends on whether you are looking for the short term or the long term. In the short term, Ripple donated millions dollars’ worth of Ripple. Now that might sound good, but they are gonna liquidate them in the market, which will probably decrease the price of Ripple in the short term. However, Ripple has several big partners and it will have more partnerships in the future but then having more partners do not necessarily mean an increase in price because the supply of Ripple is also increasing.

Over the last few months Ripple dropped down 6 fold  since its record high of $3.20 in the beginning of January 2018. Now it’s worth 0.50$. I’v read a lot of negative discussions in the fforum of this coin  being called s’coin with no potential to grow fuether as Ripple products not necessarily use XRP tokens for its trans-border instant transaction services. So now, as one of many those investors that bought XRP in 2018, I am hesitant if I should keep this doubtful coin, or get rid of it...
I believe that the stock market will soon begin a bullish trend. Do not now sell XRP, too low a price, it is worth the wait, only a level of 3.2 dollars it will not reach soon.

You should sell them all for the first time, because the current market is too bad and don't die in a basket.

I think that ripple has already pumped and has a large number of whales, not including the company itself who can create unlimited numbers of ripple. This makes it a very bad investment and unfortunate for those who bought at the top. Buying when it was pennies was a great investment, but now it is too late.

Be patient to wait a bit this is not a ruin for RIPPLE, all altcoins again fall, this is the best time to buy altcoins. Altcoins will not always fall whenever the price goes up.

Couldn’t agree more to this. Of you are reading the correct discussion you would know the real potential of ripple.

I almost think the same with you, I've sold them since last year, I think ripple is not part of altcoin because maybe there is no mining there

I think if you invest $10 in ripple, you can get a lot of amount of ripple and you cannot the same amount if the price increase more than $3. and if you want to invest, just do it right now while the price is at the lower price and hold for a long time like the other coins. I see many others coins which have a cheap price right now and we can buy directly to add more amount or buy new coins so we can expect to make a big profit in the future.

maybe for now sell it and pause to invest on altcoin is the best way because I think now the movement of all altcoin plummet and this allows us to be a big loss in our investment for now.

XRP shouldnt be categorized as a cryptocurrency because of its structure which came from the banking system which makes it very centralized, most of the supply is being handled by the team behind it ,and its founder that is why they can easily dump this shitcoin whenever they wanted to giving them millions of dollars instantly, its a pure PND coin if you asked me that is why its value wont go any further!

Ripple is an interesting project to follow and I believe they are good for investment as they have their support to the top level of authorities around the world.
They are indeed trying to link crypto and banking and if they are successful to convert themselves as a cheaper and quicker alternative for inter-national banking transactions, moon is not far.

Well, if you have not already sold Ripple, it's better to wait, because the price is really low now in order to sell now.

I have always been very impressed with Ripple because I think it has gone up so many times. It is not appropriate to buy it now.
Of course, although Bitcoin and Ethereum have risen so many times, I think they have more preconditions.

Ripple is a good coin, but you need to ask yourself - if you see the future of ripple in the cross border payment system in future ? If the answer is yes, you shouldnt sell any ripple.

Ripple is one of the best performing digital assets in 2017. Year-to-date, the return on investment for ripple holders has been over 2,500 percent. In May, ripple hit it's all-time high when it peaked at around $0.40. Many believe 2018 only means greater growth as the coin is now listed on 50 exchanges ...
