I was thinking about going for the L1 as well, but by the time January rolls around with the new KNC miners now shipping I believe the difficulty is going to be too high to reach ROI effectively.

   L1 right now sold out.
Yes, but I found one on eBay (yes it's more expensive, but I don't have $600 worth of BTC).

not expensive that price L1 is selling for.

Hi. I'm relatively new to mining. As of right now, I have and use an Antminer S3. As you all know, Bitmain has released the Antminer L1 - a scrypt miner. However, they will start shipping them in December. If you could get your hands on one today, you'd be making very decent money! Unfortunately, difficulty is a btch. I have 2 questions to you, experienced miners and enthusiasts.
1) Do you think that the Litecoin minig difficulty will change drastically by January of 2015, and the L1 won't be worth it?
2) Is changing Litecoin to Bitcoin easy? I know it's possible to list it on btc-e, but is there a demand for it?
Thank you in advance.
