I heard this project I think last year, even it is cheaper it is best to do diligence before buying in their public sale. True better find another option to invest which is a top coin in the market already. This project seems not yet popular even in social media, yet, in my view, I still go for crypto which is already listed in the popular exchange and has a very active team.

Well, their "car purchase crowdfunding" model sounds interesting, but I am not sure how sustainable that will be, especially in Crypto world...and whether this is even genuine/serious project. Short-term investment will probably be advisable to Op assuming the project is genuine

Yes, they listed a few small exchanges on this market, but they decided to go public on the current stage. I think this project is facing a lot of difficulties and is in need of some capital to continue developing the projectI would certainly stay away from this project. Imagine, having a public sale and at the same time being traded on an exchange? Their project organization and roadmap are messed up. Aside from that, how could a developer does not consider the market price in pricing their public sale? Is this another ploy to push investors to buy in an exchange creating volume for their token and at the same time dump to the unsuspecting buyer? I still can't get a grasp of their business model, if there really is since I only see their scheme as a money grab, asking for funding every time they have a target car unit. ( If they really use the collected fund to buy those units)

actually that's not how it works to know if its good project to invest, its not only for analyzing how many people invested because this one can also be faked.
Well in this time of market only few project that have sales can be profitable, so you need to be extra careful for your money before deciding to invest . If you are an experience investors and invested in many public sales you will have idea how's the market going , more of them will not give you a good return but a lost in exchange for your money invested.

I'm reading some of the post and majority are not convinced on the potential of the coin, but it's your research that is important because you are the one who is going to dig deep on the project, I can only recommend, on looking on its usage and the community build-up and of course, the people behind is also a big factor.

It's Depends, Investing was always bringing profit but also loss. You should invest on public sale if you think if that will have a good prospect but still you need to some deep research before, Careful buddy!
I would rather invest in IEO than in public sale as it's quite safer and you can expect if the IEO will succeed, the project's coin/token will be listed right away after the IEO. About the project, I'm not so familiar with it, so I can only give a general point of view on public sale compared to IEO.
No one can predict what the outcome will be. But as long as you do your own homework and start from there, it will be up to your judgment. There are a lot of new projects out there that have a good team committed to developing the project and might have a chance to survive. If your own research thinks the project will survive, invest in it.
I don't know why some people are talking negative about this curioinvest, the price was 1$ and now it's 0.3$, that's 70$ loss compare to many projects that are 90 to 95% down, just make sure the devs are still very active and buy some just in case and don't put all your eggs in a single basket

If you want to invest into something you should do your best to prove that the project is worth investing for and not just because it is introduced by your friends. I don't invest base on any speculation, I do my own research to less the risk and to become more profitable so I suggest you do the same.

You're right. I joined the market since BTC is at its peak until now. I have experience enough to know that there's nothing we can believe in this market but ourselves. Joining to this cryptocurrency market isn't the same with joining in a game. You have to risk your money, risk your works, time and other things as well. Therefore, don't depend on somebody else's words! You can only know its profitable once its out in the market, but for now its just an speculation and a hype so be careful, always.
Maybe you can be called lucky because you have benefited from Curio's public sales, but once again trying like this you will not necessarily get things like this and indeed this is very risky in my opinion better looking for investment with IEO that you think is good.

The world isn't ready to tokenize property, or anything as tangible for that matter. The automotive industry which this project claims to target would hold its grip on power too well for this to happen. They claim to be interested more in collectible cars which seems much more stupid if you ask me.

I participated in bounty from this project and I sold my tokens long time ago because I not saw the point of holding tokens since the developers of this project have been developing their project very slowly and therefore I do not advise you to invest in this project, but here of course you by yourself decide what is best for you.

very well why should loss to buy at public sales, if the exchange is available at a much cheaper price. In my opinion it would be strange if they were still making public sales but had been traded on an exchange.

curious is a crap project but you should DYOR to make sure that based on your analyzation. for me personally, I would never try to invest in the project like curious as it has a very small demand and isn't it the curious token has already traded before?
