Terminated.
Well, once a thread has reached its course of life: either the seller stopped providing the goods and/or it has moved away from the original topic, it should be locked. This one was locked and as such I've archived it last night (IIRC).

Newbies shouldn't be allowed to post in Currency Exchange at all.
Newbies shouldn't be allowed to create threads would be a better start. I can't say I disagree with the idea.

Maybe there are genuine newbies who are serious about the exchange but there is no way to filter them out.
I'd say that they are most likely going to be a minority in comparison to non-genuine newbies.

Newbies shouldn't be allowed to post in Currency Exchange at all.Maybe this is contradictory to the topic but this would avoid scam/spam and unwanted trolls like the thread you have linked to.Maybe there are genuine newbies who are serious about the exchange but there is no way to filter them out.

I know this forum does nothing about scammers but once the scam is confirmed and the trolling starts, like the thread above, shouldn't they be moved out of the currency exchange section so they're not bumping down others?

EDIT: Looks like it was removed.
