Well I do not think there is alot of companies that will do this. Yes we are the employees of the company of course we want to have a shorter work week.
But it will cost the company too much money if all the employees do not work all week. We can only be happy for long weekends if there is a holiday. Or if we go on holiday. But not normal to think we can have a 3 day weekend or a 4 day weekend.

I personally believe a three-day weekend with a four-day workweek is the ideal balance for people.
Nope thats not fair for the company , that is not even balance because we are being paid enough but working not? unless you are paid lesser then I may believe in your point but as long as the employer is giving us enough for the family then we should return the favor .
