Just Looking to the Photos? i don't think i can stay Brave Like you mate .. If i were in your shoes for sure i will evacuate my Family right away Because I have a Fire experience when i was young when our Block got Involved in Fire and my Dog Died because of that.
That's why every time there is a fire near my Place now , I make sure to pack everything before the alarm got close to Our safe zone.

Yes, fires are a dangerous. Especially when you are in the forest. My grandfather told me that if a person finds himself in the forest when a big fire starts, then the person cannot run away, because fire moves faster than a person.
Searched for information on the fire, didn't see much. Would not have believe it atall if not for Philipma1957's position on the forum and the fact he(she?) says he's not too far away from the fire. It's becoming increasingly difficult to find information on serious issues around the world. Lots of times things like that can really be stopped, slow down, prevented by prayers and being vigilant and doing what is right .

I was lucky I am in Howell NJ about 3 miles north and east from a 160 acre forest fire.
Winds were high speed 30-40 mph and blew all smoke away from my area. They also pushed the fire south and east away from my area.
The fire is not quite under control. At the moment. 1 fire fighter may have had a heart attack fighting it.
