I just got one rack with a couple of mid towers in front (white case has 4x MSI 1080Ti Sea Hawk EK with 2x 480 rads, black case spots a pair of MSI 1070/1080 Sea Hawk X).  Most everything else is EVGA.

The 3 S9's and 2 L3+ ASICs are off right now waiting for better times.  The 3 Z9 Mini's are rocking though, as are all the GPU rigs.  Earnings are way down of course, but still not too bad all things considered.

Im very envious on the space  you guys have  Grin Grin The only thing my GF lets me have is a server chassi, and i can only fit six GPUs in that. Much like some posters in this thread, very nice setups.
To the guys using server chassis, how are you experiencing heat? Hard to remove?

We have the luxury of having a data center with cheap electricity.

Our heat runs at approximately the same temperatures as open air and is actually more manageable using hot/cold aisles than the open air radiators. You can see more about our setup at https://apollo18.co.in

My home made high density Vega setups. I thought I have better photos but this is all I could find on my mobile phone.

There is total of 6 rigs, each 7xVega. The entire assembly is occupying maybe 1 square meter of footprint, drawing around 7.1KW from the wall (including ventilation system, networking and periphetals)

In your picture I did not see any sata power cables, how do you manage that?

Only one sata (pico adapter), everything is pure 6/8 pin to avoid any potential issues. All 6 pins from the breakouts

With that particular breakout board, had to externally mount psus for now... eventually custom case will do away with that. And dual mining, so 2x are both in use.

Do you end up putting the power supplies actually inside the case?

And are you running them as two redundant PSU or two individual?

My First intention was to completely max out one rig before expanding rig two and then eventually three, but after placing 13 GPU's on the first frame and gauging the power consumption and what my wiring should be able to consistently handle running 24 hours a day, I spread my cards out over three rigs and then spread them around the home, so as to have no single rig running over 1100 watts, well under the home 110 volt wiring specs, since my circuit breakers are all 30 amp fuses, I am using less than half of what the breakers would pop at this way,

these are 20 EVGA 1070 ti SC Hybrids, with a random single 1070 ti, and an old GTX 970 that I put to work as the far left card on the first rig, 11,000 Sol/s (Equihash) combined for the three rigs,

with room to expand some if desired,

Have some old photos of some server cases I built.
Since there no possibility to buy mining server cases in my country, I converted some old HP ML350/370 G3 and G4 servers I got for free into this :

And there is some of them in a rack :

I know it's really ugly, but it works.
And sorry for bad quality photos, had a broken camera phone.

ay whatever works, right? nice -- the enclosed cases are just sooooo much cleaner

Nice....

a18kiska - Im running the same 4u case as you on my 6th 8gpu build now..... Firstly sweeet build can i ask you a few questions...

What rack rails are you using for the 4u mining racks?
Whats the config of the 3 front internal fans blow out? or blow in? Take it you upgraded these? I went 3000rpm for those.
Whats the config of the AC Infinity using about each miner? Is the lid off? and what direction is the airflow?

Cheers

Rails: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01D3FJ5HC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

All airflow goes in the front and out of the back.

The 3 front fans blow out at 5200RPM/240CFM. There are also two in the back running at 9000RPM/132CFM.

The lids are on, AC Infinity fans are reversed so they also blow out the back and remove any heat radiating from the lid. All of the heat is exhausted through the ceiling and, depending on success of this ICO, cold air will be moved through the floor and pulled up by the miners.
