By purchasing a domain, you agree that if the domain goes out at any moment, you will not chargeback/refund. If the domain goes down, I will do the best in my power to bring the domain back up, and if it can't, I will either give a 50% refund or no refund, or offer some sort of compensation.

Secondly, the prices you present for .com , .net are not as cheap as https://steadyturtle.com/ and .pw costs just 1.95 per year on steadyturtle considering your prices, I'm not sure anyone would choose you for domain purchases.
Lastly, there are not many guys here who would waste their time for a vouch, only ones who would do it have less than 10 ratings, even the admin of the forum has only 10 ratings.
Edit: Lastly, try making your terms clear instead of hiding them in small text.
