It really amazes me...NOT... that Gazprom would do such terrible things , just like the US and EU companies.

It is not the Gazprom which is stealing their land. Gazprom is basically a natural gas extracting company (although JSC Gazprom Neft, one of its subsidiaries engage in petroleum extraction). The culprits here are OAO Lukoil, owned by the billionaire oligarch Vagit Alekperov (who is originally from Azerbaidzhan). Lukoil is the second largest oil company in Russia, and Alekperov is in good terms with Putin.

They don't stand a chance. Soon if they won't comply they will be relocated or in worst case sentenced to labor camps. And we all know what is happening when someone is trying to protest in Moscow Smiley

We had huge manifestation against fracking and drilling in protected areas all over the world , let's see how many will protest in Moscow.
