Coinbase makes you wait 5 days unless you add a Visa credit card. I would assume it was the same for Circle.
Circle is the same and they only allow $100 instant per week
i can do 500$ per week o_O perhaps they changed that requirement after the initial months

have you looked at circle.com? i use them have never had any problems.
I live on western Long Island, very close to NYC. I'd like to meet someone who would be willing to do cash transactions and charge me the exchange rate or close to the exchange rate.
