12 word seed mnemonics a la Electrum /BIP 39 work well. It is not at all difficult to remember a 12 word seed.

This design is quite creative but I doubt it will be easier (and strongly suspect it will be much harder).

Very clever. It'll take some practice but in my (relatively worthless)opinion, your idea seems pretty sound and practical.

This is a proposal for a graphical representation of 256 bit deterministic wallet seeds, in a form that can be committed to memory more easily than a 64 character hex string. It is designed to be easy to write down on paper, with human checkable error correction coding to reduce transcription errors.
