@mjglqw already gave the answer, delete the code and save changes (Change Profile).
I just want to add that you can always visit the HELP page first if your concern is about the Forum features. You will see an Introduction and info about Registering, Logging In, Profile, Posting, Personal Message, and Searching there.

I realise that this must be answered somewhere, but I can't find it so here I am asking in general wondering if someone will be kind enogh to give me a quick answer, thank you. How do I take down the signature I put up on my profile account? It's been so long since I used btctalk that I can't remember and I've been trying and can't figure it out :/ Would be much appreciated, guys
