I agree with this in all totality because it will be difficult to actually negotiate with people one after the other... @op just do your research create a plan and just say what you can afford and people will join if they are convinced. Its as simple as that

Op needs to post his payment terms and not to request for price negotiation and he should also mention the number of people he needs.
I recommend investing in a good campaign manager who will do the work for you. It will be a lot more professional that way, and you will have an endorsement too.

you should better tell how much you can afford to pay to users. signature campaign doesnot work like this. you have to hire a manager, have a bbcode ready and escrow the funds to a trusted person. after you do all these things, then you are ready to run a signature campaign. just my 2 cents!https://onecrypto.net/
