It's the second time I tried to join a sig campaign, but I don't know if I'm enrroled or not. How can I know if I was accepted or not? 
individual campaign managers have different taste since some other looking at post quality and section boards where there participant mostly posted to, and it happens that your posting quality are not appealing to them thats why they deny you for certain matters, and if you want to join really on any sigs here you should deliver quality ones so if campaign managers will review your account well they will rush of to accept you in there campaign

Try contact manager of campaign, i see bitvest moved their campaign in new thread, and for "whyfuture" you applied 2 days ago, maybe you have to wait. Also, check both campaign rules, maybe you need to put signature on than join? Or you just have too many posts in local/other/offtopic/politics sections in last 4 months? Anyway, send pm to campaign managers, i am sure they know better than us
I asked to them, on the signature thread, no answers. Maybe I need to wait a bit more, don't know. I want to know first if I'm on it or not to put the signature banner.
I know my posts have low quality until now, but I will fix it for sure in the future.
