I suggest if you just put it into a contest and put the price of your signature codes also the avatar, for sure people will love to see this thing. Put more details so people will get interested to this. Anyway good luck. Another thing which can be done to find good designers here by searching them yourself. Many have out their portfolio to get themselves work.
The best way for getting more attractive signature designs is to start a signature design contest and keep a good prize for the winner and for the 2nd and 3rd persons of the campaign. many of the bigger companies are doing like that when they come to need a signature design set.
I want to compete with this one, start a signature contest OP if you want to see some design and choose your liking, you can split the prize up to 10 person a lot of designer would see your post and start to participate in it.

Yes, I agree, however you should be willing to pay premium price so that you can attract good designers. Believe me there are a lot of very talented designers here and paying good price will make them join in. But the only problem I'm seeing is that you will have a hard time picking the best. LOL.
