( I assume some sig. creators wrote their own scrip for checking the code ... but why would they share it right?).
That's quite improbable. It's far simpler to just create and edit a signature design within a reply and to preview it. That way once you're in the design space all you have to do to check on the updates is just a quick ALT + P.

I don't think there is dedicated software for this. At least not publicly available ( I assume some sig. creators wrote their own scrip for checking the code ... but why would they share it right?).
What you can do is just put the code in post (this will show you how the signature will appear) but you have to check if the rules are followed manualy (should not be a problem because they are pretty simple ).

Just to add: unlimited length is not exact ... i have read there is actually a limit ( some hundred thousands signs)

Does anyone know of software I can use to check how signatures code will look
For  Member, Full Member, Senior Member and Hero?
Here are the official rules for signature formatting

- Newbie: No styling (including links) allowed. Max 50 characters.
- Jr. Member: Links allowed. Max 150 characters.
- Member: Unlimited length.
- Full: Color allowed.
- Sr. Member: Size allowed
- Hero: Background color allowed
