Cheap work is not always bad in the case of signature it is just simple and that is fine. The problem is that 95% of forum population are wearing Signature ads now so they do not need any custom made signature. So Op would not be able to earn much. But if you can provide banners or small logos as well it would be ideal.
I can provide them but it will be at least $20 as my work is original and not like some other people who take stocks from DeviantART and add to "their" projects,
