I am on the BTCarmory.com site. I clicked on the link for the signing keys (Armory signing key (4922589A).) and it comes up as a bad request? -snip-
That page in BTCArmory is pretty old and keyserver.ubuntu.com must have updated its URL scheme for search queries.
The current working link should have at least "&op=index" after the original link.

So this link should work: keyserver.ubuntu.com/pks/lookup?search=goatpig&op=index | original link

I believe you are using the link that has the :11371 port in it which is why your browser can not open the link. Removing it should fix it and I believe the following link is the correct key (double check yourself):
https://pgp.mit.edu/pks/lookup?op=get&search=0x4AB16AEA98832223

However the above is for the old versions, the new ones use the new key from @goatpig that can also be found on github:

I am on the BTCarmory.com site. I clicked on the link for the signing keys (Armory signing key (4922589A).) and it comes up as a bad request? What am I doing wrong? When I try and add them to my GPG verification tool, it comes up as no keys found? What am I doing wrong?

When I use the other signing key on this forum Armory "Offline Signing Key": 0x98832223 the link comes back
