i believe you're joining the giveaway and you need to get refferals to get more entries or something like that.
the worst scenario you made a phising email and hidden it behind the shorten link.

i do not recommend anybody in here to click the link if you do not want to get rekt by him,
or your computer get infected by it.
unless he change it into the orginal link address.
