There was a discussion on a similar topic here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/miner-has-to-run-idle-reward-is-waiting-for-you-1855625
Even the scripts, command lines and instructions to do it yourself are there.
I didn't use that, I have another solution, but you can give it a try.

Hi guys!

I have a bunch of computers at work just sitting there doing nothing, or waiting for delivery, I want to give them some work. And I need the worker to work in the background or "invisible" or in the tray at least.

Do you have any suggestions for good miners that can accomplish this? also auto starting would be nice.  I've tried playerz multi pool thingy. but I cant get it to work... i also need to set the threads. so they dont eat up all the power=)

I've tried Nicehash could make it but only gives me bitcoin, I want to mine monero and speculate.
Playerz multi tool. cant get it working.
some other random tools.
minergate.  weøø people doenst seem to like it and it crashes all the time. and Windows defender hates it, even whitelisted......
