How do you know someone wont use your account to screw people over? If they do you are guilty buy association.
Selling accounts is scammy. Why dont you ask dead pirate roberts what he would like you to do with the account. They maybe willing to buy it back from you.

You will have a great start by customers (more than 100 follower), the positive feedback(100% ) makes you sell faster as well.
if you use a new clean account you will have a hard time to find buyers.
Clean accounts need to be upgraded to selleraccounts first, which costs around 4 bitcoins , so all in all positive to buy a preused account without any illegal activities on it

I am selling my clean silkroad sellers account (100% positive feedback, sold digital goods only, no drugs or other illegal things).
Even though i've got positive feedback only, i was not able to sell anything in the recent past.
