As others said such kind of site won't much return because most of the people are not interested in completing offers. And also there are times when there is no offer available. Or wants you to download and install softwares. It's not worth the effort.
It sounds like paid to signup thing. For every signup you will give 1000 satoshis. If you get a GPT script, you will find the same thing in that . I think such sites are no longer popular at the present time, it does not really help us earn bitcoin. In other words, we only waste time using it.
