I never really noticed before but when you send out coins from bitcoin core wallet do you have to be fully in sync it before the transaction will send out?
In short words: no.Sending transactions and synchronizing - are independent things.

I thought outgoing transactions would go out regardless? i sent out 3 yesterday and they were all "offline" "0 confirmations" until i downloaded rest of blockchain today.
