Don't care about anyone. Do what you want to do. Be positive, think positive and avoid negativity and don't spend time, money and emotions on negative persons. Limit you expectations and with the things you have.

Removing negativity is a good reason to be happy.
However, if you are going to work every day you receive a lot of negativity there which is sometimes difficult to be removed during your day.

Yes, I do understand that it's quite difficult to avoid negativity since it's a part of everyday life when interacting with other people which you don't have any control over.

But I do believe in the mindset of looking at a glass that's half-full rather than saying it's a glass that's half-empty because there's always pros and cons to every situation no matter what the problem is all about.

And this mindset throughout the years has greatly helped me overcome a lot of problems, to overcome a lot of unhappiness, aside from trying to achieve my own personal goals that I still haven't attained yet in my life.

But in all honesty, aside from happiness being defined as "a state of well-being and contentment," we could only try to have that mindset at least, to even come close to the true definition of happiness.


Everything negative features a bad effect on our lives So I feel it's easier to be happy if you've got faith before work and maintain a positive mindset the simplest thanks to living a cheerful life is to figure with faith.

I totally agree with you about faith, because without acknowledging and/or recognizing it, my outlook in life may not be as encouraging, it may not involve any purpose or reason at all for being.

For me being healthy and being with family is the most happy moment of my life. With lots of money of course.
We cannot have everything mate,We may be healthy but no Huge money,or the  other way around.

We can have big money but  we have health issue.

Having no pressure as you live is one of the best feeling.

As long as you have never heard hurt anyone, you can go everywhere. It's a good feeling if you don't have anyone as your enemy.

I think I've been missing out a lot after reading your 4th part. Which is take cold shower. I will take this to practice and see what the results will bring out.

Good points.

The key to happiness is indeed being independent and free and actually feel it all the time.

We should never live to please or appease others, because then we will never achieve permanent happiness.

Some times, taking a break from the internet will open natural doors towards happiness because nature has created man and life to be happy, had they been sad by default, we would never exist after a certain point and that's why babies laugh more often than they cry.

It's essential to understand it and cherish and let go off the inferior complex and run towards achieving the perfect version of yourself.

Turn off your television, take off your slippers, and get out.

Each hour spent watching television decreases life expectancy by 22 minutes. Television also features a major impact on your brain chemistry. The more you look at it, the more easily your brain goes into passive mode, where messages cross your mind without your participation. You become easily influenced and vulnerable.

2. Get moving
Some people are fortunate to have a garden to cultivate and beautify. You can also walk, cycle, swim. Exercise increases the levels of serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine, which are chemicals your brain needs, and which can offset some of the effects of stress and relieve some of the symptoms of depression. Rather than seeing physical exercise as a way to lose weight or prevent disease - effects that will be felt over time - try to consider these moments as a daily tool to immediately improve your mood, relax, and make you feel happier.

If you have an office job, get up every ten minutes. This will counteract the deleterious effects of sitting.

3. Eat well and light
What you eat directly affects your mood and energy level, both short and long term. While eating healthy benefits your body and clarifies your ideas, eating pizza and fast foods makes you listless and promotes chronic disease. Same thing if you eat too much.

After a meal of fresh and raw vegetables, proteins and good fats (raw fats, fatty smoked fish, omega-3) in moderate quantity, you have no desire to take a nap, but you feel full of energy and ready to take on new projects.

4. Take cold showers
My technique, previously described, consists of starting by putting yourself under hot or even very hot water for a few minutes, then gradually lowering the temperature of the water. At each level, you experience a surprising feeling of cold for a few seconds but the skin gets used to it and the shower becomes pleasant again. We then wait a few more seconds and turn the tap again to reduce the temperature. With a little practice, the last step is the coldest water that can come out of the tap.

The colder the water, the stronger the antidepressant effect. At some point, you even get a feeling of euphoria. After drying, you feel full of energy and energy.

5. Speak less, listen more
“Speech is money, but silence is golden ”. Speaking less and listening more allows you to benefit more from the wisdom of others while helping you to achieve inner calm.

While participating in the gossip around the coffee machine is a burst of pleasure, speaking ill of people is like soaking yourself in a bath of bad feelings. Your body absorbs them. If you try to be positive, you will feel calmer and more peaceful afterward.

I have always lived a simple life but always contented. Which is why I wanted to pass this to my son to be contented with simple ways of life. What I always tell the younger generation is that always be humble and let others notice of what you have accomplished. Be contented of what food is on your plate, dress you are able to wear and always put God first, and believe me, everything will follow suit.

The happy life is when you can be grateful and satisfied what are you have now. Don't comparing about another person life with you, this can make you mad and not enjoy your life. In many people they happy when they're rich, in some people they happy when they're gather up with his families etc. Just pick what you want in this life to make you happy

In my opinion mental heath is very important for the real happiness. Nowadays whatever people say about us influences us the most, our happiness has been more and more depending on others opinions, if anyone appreciates us we are on cloud 9 but if someone criticises us we ourselves become negative so I guess we should only depend on ourselves for our happiness. No one is responsible for our happiness, anger, sadness, irritation only us.

Living simply through being content. I have a lot of dreams and things that I want to have but as soon as I'm realizing that I should stay wherever I am and be contented with what I have, I guess that's the true happiness that I've ever found.

It's okay to dream high but don't be too ambitious.

Possibly the best way to gain a happy life, and to get the things of life that you need at the same time, is to read the Bible, or listen to it on Bible tapes or CDs. Why? Because God will honor you for doing so.

Even if you don't believe in God, He will honor you. There is "stuff" in the bible that is more practical for life than anywhere else.

When you read the Bible, if you come across things that seem wrong or don't make any sense, continue to read. Your whole life will be changed for the better if you simply persevere.

There are many easy ways to steer a cheerful life repeatedly you'll not find true happiness albeit you've got tons of cash i feel family love is required to steer a cheerful life it'll illuminate your life and with family support in many tasks it seems difficult and straightforward. and therefore the rest will depend upon your destiny.

These are great tips that I totally agree with! I generally love positive posts, because lately there has been too much negativity around. But it's okay, because the most important thing is what you have inside! I say this because I myself live this way: when you yourself feel the holiday every day - it doesn’t matter what happens outside. And
it really is! How to get this holiday inside you? Just listen to your soul, ask yourself what you like and what you don’t like in your life, and start choosing what you like (start walking in that direction). When you follow the path, where you choose everything you like, then it becomes a pleasure to live! And remember, whatever happens - everything goes as it should!

I think unexpected & unfortunate events could crash the happiness obtained in the manners you described... unless  you supressed things with drugs. Depending on drugs without having solutions to the unexpected events means you won't achieve much. But depending on your true CREATOR (the CREATOR of everything that exists) will certainly keep you happy, safe and on the right path until your allotted time to leave this world comes.
