It's final. I just got an email from their support. They will not refund the BCH trades profits from that weekend due to their "liquidity partners". We got absolutely no notice that trades would be invalid. Simplefx allowed customers to trade for days on a currency they would ultimately cancel, which tied up my funds from trading on other currencies. Just great...

Unbelievably scammy by them.

Simplefx is scam. i withdraw 0.45 btc yesterday. Simplefx canceled.(we have discovered a malfunction of our Liquidity Provider’s bridge function. In result of the malfunction, our BitcoinCash Liquidity Provider has not been able to fill our Clients’ orders since 11th November 08:55 UTC. We have discovered a malfunction of our Liquidity Provider’s bridge function. In result of the malfunction, our Bitcoin Cash Liquidity Provider has not been able to fill our Clients’ orders since 11th November 08:55 UTC. Acting in accordance with point 27.2 of SimpleFX Terms of Use and Customer Agreement, we were forced to cancel all BCH trades placed after the above-mentioned time.

Trading on BCH currency pairs will remain halted until the issue with current Liquidity Provider is fixed, or until we come to an arrangement with a new Liquidity Provider.

Ok it looks like we got a official response by SimpleFX about the current issue. Although its a technical glitch that can be avoided if you have done testing before releasing it. And the timing of the glitch really irritates some of your customer specially that BCH at that time is being pump. So please do update us in the next couple of days so that this 'scam' calling can be removed from you.
I don’t really know but, one thing I would like to know is were they paying this guy before this issue occurred? If they were, then I don’t see anything wrong, it’s true they had an issue and will quickly fix it. And from what I’m seeing other people who makes use of Simple FX are okay.

For OP, hopefully you do comeback on the thread you had made regarding simplefx and as you can see above you have been answered regarding on your issue which turns out theres a technical difficulty which causes such problem.I have used Simplefx back in the past and i cant say anything against their service and they are not scam because if theres sudden changes or updates they do inform you.You cant just directly say that they are scam if you havent tried out to reach their support or hear any words from them regarding on your situation.

I also had this problem. If they were prompt enough to say that BCH trades weren't going to be valid on 11/11 instead of 11/13 (after all the trades and profits were added to our accounts), then perhaps we could have been trading on BTC instead. I worked all weekend trading BCH for a profit of nearly .5 BTC only to get the same message you got. How can we continue to trust this platform when days after their liquidity problem surfaces, they retroactively cancel trades?

A trader should learn how to handle in such situations first and must have a lot of patience over his money that he is going to put in trade.
Dear, trade doesn't always make you win, You need to bear with losses also.
Just create a support ticket against them, when issue gets resolved, you can safely move to another platform.

One thing to get it cancelled, but its another thing to lost your bitcoin. I think you should all call them and open a support ticket because this is not acceptable. I really thought that Simplefx is trusted, but it looks like a lot of members have lost their precious bitcoin. I can't really understand why they are not giving you your bitcoins because the issue is clearly on their part.

I guess when BCH price skyrocketed, they went caught off guard that's why they are cancelling it. I will also be pissed off, but hey, I hope you are not that serious though, maybe you guys just need to bother them to be able to get your money back.
