Since my last post, I've done many more transactions. I've contacted support a few times because the site didn't update (even after receiving 6 confirmations), but it turned out okay. The time to process a swap varies a lot: sometimes it took more than 10 confirmations, but in other cases the output funds were sent and confirmed even before my deposit had a single confirmation. Even weirder: they also did this when my deposit still had an unconfirmed parent! I'm not sure if that's because my account made several transactions in a row, or because I contacted support a few times, or just because it's "normal". Maybe this is a mistake, maybe they just assume the coin I used can't easily be double spent, but I do know I've never seen this before at any other service. It's convenient for the user, but risky for the exchange.

a very simple exchange but I think it looks very good, maybe your website needs a little push or marketing so that it can be recognized by many people 

Has anyone used this exchange recently? My first impression is that it doesn't work well on Tor, but it has some Forkcoins that are hard to get rid of (without KYC). I'd love to have a solid solution for exchanging Forkcoins, one that's reliable enough so I can recommend it to people.

Update: I've tried the site (with small amounts). Rates are better than "Exchanging.cc" but less good than "FixedFloat.com". The minimum amount to exchange is also higher at SimpleSwap.io. However, since it supports coins that other exchangers (without KYC) don't have, I'm happy with it. The transactions went as expected.
