The 'Open Wallet' and 'Delete Wallet' are still in the File menu,
My thinking is:
+ the most common operation is to create a new wallet.
+ whilst I use the 'Open Wallet' most of the time people won't be.
+ because 'Delete Wallet' is so serious you probably don't want it on the main screen, in case your 4 year old daughter decides to 'play with the puter'. You don't delete wallets very often.
Why centered ?
It just looks better than left justified.
Why at the bottom, not the top ?
I have a plan to move all the buttons to the bottom of their respective tabs so it is for consistency with that.
