Best way to has live compare is that open exchanges in the same time and compare them yourslef.

You can try coinigy lots of infos there and with charts so you can check the market trends and can use its live and no laggy issue with them. You can try it for 30days free trial works good and fine to me. Its a good site and what ai love to this site is any exchanges or broker is there from popular to least coin broker . Good luck

Afaik there's no website that can do that, you can however spend some time/money and create/get a script that can compare all the coins with different exchanges(with all the filters you want) or you can manually look for all coins/volume on different exchanges.
