If your potential buyer is based in the USA you could refer him/her to Coinbase and if he/she is from the European Union you could link them to Bitstamp. They should know how to use the exchanges in the first place if you want to get a payment in bitcoin.

I think that you should just make one yourself. The sites that explain Bitcoin will be very expansive and owned by major companies.
You should definitely make it yourself. If you are not good at making websites then buy one.

I've just received an offer for a domain name that I own. It's for a few thousand, and it's in US dollars. I have got a dollar account, but I want to close that, and just use Sterling and Bitcoin. I'm going to suggest that payment is made in Bitcoin, and I wanted to suggest a site that explains and promotes Bitcoin to the potential buyer. Which site would be the best for this, or should I create one myself? I guess a Youtube video might do the trick as well.

If the buyer gets scared because the potential for anonymous scamming him out of the money you can always accept the US dollars and convert them to bitcoin yourself.

Would be a shame if the deal didn't go through because the buyer gets put of by you wanting hbim to use bitcoin.

Few videos should do the trick :

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gc2en3nHxA4 (What is Bitcoin v2)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9jOJk30eQs How Bitcoin Works in 5 Minutes (Technical)

Also if you are looking to domains using Bitcoin , you can use Namecheap.com (I suppose you already know the website , since it's one of the most used websites to buy domains after GoDaddy)
