If you look for decentralized gambling sites, you will find that most of them do accepts various coin payments mainly included Bitcoin, Ether, etc.

Why are you in need of a gambling site with a coinpayments gateway than? You can indeed use any of the reputed gambling websites which will give you the freedom to gamble using cryptocurrencies without the risk of being tracked. You can simply find for any such gambling website. You can try sportsbet.io or cloudbet.com or some site similar to these.

Coinpayments gateway was created to be used for paying goods&services so you will not find any casino where you can deposit through coinpayments gateway since that would be useless anyway. Most casinos give you a bitcoin/altcoin adress where you can send the funds you want to deposit so you can withdraw you funds from coinpayments directly to that adress.
Coinpayments gateway is a centralized payment gateways but in coinpayments you can use major cryptos to pay for the commodity. This payment gateway can be a good option to be used in website selling services or commodities online to maximize the use of cryptocurrencies in the day to day life.

But, truly speaking, these payment gateways are not at all needed in terms of gambling. Gambling is much easier to start with. We just need some coins and once we send those coins to our deposit address we are ready to gamble.

I am looking for gambling sites which accept alternative coins via coinpayments gateway?
Is coinpayment still running? I thought it was shutdown few years ago, didn't know they've been back in business.
Otherwise if they still running I guess you can use it to any trading sites nor gambling sites since this just works as typical wallet and supported several alts. Though I don't know if the terms had already change.
They did mention that they were shutting down in 2014, but they have been back since quite sometime. They are active on twitter too.

As to the question posted by op, I am not sure which websites support coinpayments since popular cryptocurrencies are the primary payment methods.

Coinbase does not like transfers from gambling websites, so someone can filter transfers through them.

I have been using Coinbase for about 3 years and never had any issue. Over 80% of my transfers comes from gambling sites.

So you are lucky my friend.. just don't be surprised when one day your account will be suspended:

"...
Prohibited Use
You may not use your Coinbase Account to engage in the following categories of activity ("Prohibited Uses") ...
...
Gambling: Lotteries; bidding fee auctions; sports forecasting or odds making; fantasy sports leagues with cash prizes; internet gaming; contests; sweepstakes; games of chance
..."

(Use CTRL + F and type gambling)

Good luck Wink

I also do not see the need to use their services. Unless someone wants to use them as a mixer - from what I know, for example, Coinbase does not like transfers from gambling websites, so someone can filter transfers through them.

If you want to stay into Dicing only I would recommend Primedice, they have been Bitcointalk #1 Gambling site based in polls made directly with gamblers for a couple years. They were also the first Dice gambling site with Bitcoin to be created, about 6 years ago.
But if you want different games to play then I recommend you Stake, there you can find some fun games from the classic Mines and Wheel to Blackjack, Roulette and Pokers.
For deposit both of them offer you the option to do it directly from your wallet with BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC and Doge or use any other altcoin through the Coinswitch service they have. They also got a faucet and instant withdraws, not to mention a Live Support 24/7 and all the forum, discord and chat giveaways / rains.
Your bets can be easily verified through their Fairness option. Primedice has a fix 1% House Edge. As for Stake the House Edge goes from 0.5 to 2.7% depending in the game / settings you are playing.

I think every gambling website can accept crypto because you only need to send the coin to gamble and no matter you use the wallet, as long as you use the same coin, you can send it right away.
As far as I know, CoinPayments is one of many wallets that I used and in the past, I use it to save some of my coins, and I think I still have those coins in my account.

You should try both Primedice and Stake Casinos as they have Coinswitch,

Coinswitch exchanges alts for your main Casino currency. which will ease your way into gambling much more faster than every other Casino out there.

Here is a cool tool you can browse to find your next platform which accept crypto payments

https://www.bestbitcoincasino.com/quiz/

Enjoy
I don't see how this answers OP's question at all considering there is nowhere in the quiz you linked that asks what payment sort of payment gateways you prefer to use in a casino. Still a pretty neat site nevertheless.

Second, there aren't any casinos using Coinpayments at all AFAIK considering Coinpayments is oriented towards goods and services transactions, and most casinos just give you a deposit address instead of a specific page like Coinpayments gives you. Most crypto casinos do accept major altcoins directly, though.
