what?... wait.. what?!

If I got it right, you want to pay for losses users might have from btc-e?
Why?
And where do you get the money from?

At the moment this looks like scam/phishing.

indeed it's really suspicious,
while Btc-e made a statement that 'they will comeback in a 5-10 days' after finishing everything (which is we should know that will not happen),
this guy made a statement want to pay for losses users?
i just want to remind you guys,
remember about Mt.Gox and after that i found out a lot of people trying to make something like this and they took all of your data.
i prefer to not trust this guy until we can find out what will happen in the future and what should we do.

Hoping that it will not be the same as MT.gox if it will be the same just like other exchange site was hack and crash.. there are possibility that the price of bitcoin can be crash a large amount just like other exchange site every year its happening that there are exchange site are gone and down that affected the bitcoin market a lot..
Hope that it will not happen this time because we are in new level.. expect that it will be big panic for other traders and investors if it will be the same as other exchange site..

Greetings!
The world forges ahead - every day we face something that that makes us take new decisions, constantly change and become stronger. Today the market of crypto currencies that has been changing all the time suffers stormy changes caused by actions of unstable players. Many people dream of a quiet harbor, where they can hide and recover from financial losses, and they do the right thing!
We always act reasonably and are ready to offer compensation for losses incurred by you on other websites, like it has happened with BTC-e.com. We developed a system that will protect you from similar incidents, and we maintain a complete transaction history, which you can use to confirm possible losses.
The events that took place on July 25, 2017 with BTC-e.com users encourage us to make it clear what the word "civilization" in our motto means. Since 2013 our team has pointed to BTC-e at their faults and possible risks.
We have developed a management board designed to work with persons affected by the incident and will try to compensate you for losses resulting from unprofessional actions of BTC-E.com.

The form of an application for the compensation of losses incurred on BTC-e.com -

Please specify as much information about inputs and outputs (screen) as you can. We will use it to verify your application.
