No offense but most houses shown in the pictures can be bought right now.

I'm from the Mostviertel by myself and I had a call right now with sb who actually lives in Lunz/Lackenhof and knows best (for those who don't know: Austria is a very small country... and people here talk with each other):
The ski lifts in the background can be bought for €50,- because the lease on the whole area is very expensive. The owner himself doesn't even like having skiing/sports on the area... so he made it as expensive as possible for the lift-owners back in the days when we actually had snow here... which is not the case anymore! 2-3 months at best for skiing... if anybody would run the ski lifts, which is not the case for 2 years now and lifts got rusty.

For those who really are interested in real estate here in Austria or the Alps (full disclosure: nature & landscape here are amazing and I'd also like to have a tiny house for the weekends in exactly that region):
the price sounds good (and it might even be worth it) but there are reasons why most of those houses are for sale!
Wait at least 2 more years and you'll get all those houses for half the price => there are no development plans for this region and by no means by the government itself => such development plans are financed by vulture hedge-fonds etc. close to the real big ski swings... and it's not looking good for more snowy winters (global warming and stuff)

Again, no offense but here on bitcointalk clearly prevails a "we Bitcoiners DO NOT trick each other into rubbish"-culture... what hinders you selling it for FIAT-money? (rhetorical question)

I don't have the money and I am sorry to disturbe you but the price looks very much acceptable and sounds to be under the market price. Seen many more way more expensive.

If you are familiar with austrian/west-european prices, it is indeed a good opportunity. Basically a full fledged business which you can continue for generations, especially if you are into winter sports and dont know where to put the gains Grin
