SkinCoin: the antidote to scams.
A new coin. Whatever proof of work, I don't care, it doesn't matter. The easier the better. For every block that's found, a scammer is traced by redirecting government resources. Somehow, this is foolproof. A supersonic drone is released to hunt down the scammer. It finds the scammer and takes 2 square inches of skin from wherever available, then flies it to the block-finder, drying out the skin along the way so it doesn't decompose. You can either keep this as a badge of pride, use it to buy things at your local store (seriously, what shop WON'T give you something if you try paying with human skin) or keep it as a snack.
I leave the practicalities to someone else.
