If you can't even afford to pay a developer, then don't expect your project to succeed.

Nobody is interesting in working for equity in a vague startup based on an idea. Anybody with the skills the develop something that people would invest money into wouldn't need to be second or third in line, they would be at the top of the organization and would easily have the money to pay for a CM, content writer etc.

Anybody willing to work in these kinds of positions almost certainly doesn't have the talent to get paid for their efforts, and likely won't be capable of generating anything worthwhile.

I would urge people to use caution when wasting their time with time for equity deals, unless the project has a working revenue model and clients already on board, you will almost certainly be throwing your time away.

Well good since you posted what you are looking for in people, now post what your skill do you have your achievement and what you are capable of, since you offer this as a partnership and posted what you are looking for a partner why not posted something in you that will make your potential partner attracted to work with.

You are starting on a wrong foot introduce yourself first, do you have thousands of dollars since you are looking for partners with money to pour in.
