Been around long enough to remember your scam.
I've never scammed anyone, ever. In fact I have very good business relationships with many highly trusted individuals in this community whom I continue to work with regularly despite my occasional public outbursts of immaturity. As I already mentioned, the truth is all in my signature link. If you were interested in learning, you'd read it, but you're just here to give hit and run responses to boost your post count so what do you care?

Hmm suspicions confirmed? Mathew owns newbiejail.org.

I actually posted this thread because of your comment. Glad you posted. (I guess it was inevitable since you're just building up as many pointless posts as possible it seems. How long have you been a member now with how many posts again?)
Been around long enough to remember your scam. By the way your the one who is post spamming. Also, notice the "untrustworthy" label on your account...

Surely this can be automated and as such not a good spam prevention scheme, just like captcha are not a magic bullet. It's an annoying inconvenience though...

Sitting still on a single page for 4 hours does not constitute visiting for 4 hours afterall.

I cant remember what exactly I did refresh, but i think it was  "show unread posts since last visit" or "show new replies to your posts" which kinda counts as sitting on a single page.

Omg, why would anyone pay for something like that?

I admit I had some problems in the start, my time did not update accordingly to my browsing - but then I just set autorefresh on one of my tabs in firefox, and let that sit for 4 hours.

If that site would offer insta-jailskip I would understand, but its the same 4 hours wait

I think the general argument (from what I can tell from reading the newbies subforum) is that not everyone has 4 hours to actively use the forums. Sitting still on a single page for 4 hours does not constitute visiting for 4 hours afterall. The site says it's 0.01BTC which is about $1 right now. I've seen people pay 3 BTC just to troll me personally and some people pay 50 BTC just to run libel campaigns against Ripple, so obviously everyone here values things differently.

I believe that especially for a "Business" account you should be able to spend the 4 hours browsing. Think of it as time used to plan your ad campaign or doing market research.
For someone who has been doing business here for 2 years? Can't tell if serious..

I've seen this posted dozens of times and I've finally tried it myself as well when making a business account here for PR purposes. I wasn't ripped off, the code worked exactly like it claims to. Apparently by just using the site, as long as you don't close the window or log out of the forums, it will get you out of newbiejail for you (minus the 5 posts).

Since I feel funny suggesting a site that I don't know the owners of, please post your experiences here as well in case it goes rogue and I should change my opinion of it.
