I am stuck with Skrill. I have 56 eur wich I deposited them via PaySafe Card but know I cant do them anything. I cant buy BitCoins and I cant withdraw them. Does anyone want to buy 56 eur? He pm'd me, asking how to show skrill statement, then I replied the way,
but after that no response from him.

But he is saying he cannot withdraw them and they are stuck so how can you exchange them with btc I guess because he does not have an bank account attached to his skrill so he can not withdraw them
