He's a scammer and escrow too wouldn't help if the Skrill amount is reversed. Don't get why you would trade with a user who enjoyed scamming another person for $3. This is what he wrote in another thread:
Rule #1 --> Don't trust anybody.
Rule #2 --> Don't buy accounts that could be easily recovered by the original owner.
Rule #3 --> You didn't even changed the password. Dumbass -_-
Rule #4 --> This forum should ban all the users who are scammers. (I know. They can create another accounts with different Ip's) Whatever.
Rule #5 --> Now i will create a new account and it will start all over again... EZ Money.
