Since there are many scammers are waiting for an opportunity to cheat people for free money, so traders are very careful while choosing individuals to trade. You should be knowing that skrill funds also can be reversed after some time so no one would prefer to make a deal with reversible payment method with newbies. If you want to buy now then should propose a method which is non-reversible payment method.

Vod hit you with a red-apple for being a sketch-ball asking for a no collateral loan under suspicious circumstances. Now you're asking for an exchange using a questionable and suspicious payment method, with no references, negative reputation and the chance of a charge-back..
