Did you tried get Skrill card ? I got one from them a year ago and now just withdraw my money from ATM. The only thing is the card has limit $1500 per month.

This wouldn´t be a solution for BitcoinSupremo anyway, because you can neither spend
nor withdraw funds using the Skrill Mastercard that were uploaded using Bitcoin. You have
to spend the funds at a Skrill merchant online.

The same restriction applies to the Neteller Net+ Mastercard as well (Skrill and Neteller
are both subsidiaries of the Paysafe Group).

Well yeah and I am waiting now after I did everything they asked me to do with the ridiculous excuse it was for security reasons. Nothing yet and since it is weekend I am waiting until Monday night or Tuesday night at best before fully declaring them as real CROOKS.

No as the bank account is the best option for anyone who is fully verified because overall limit is unlimited. Now I am only waiting again from these stupid crooks to make my account active again so I can withdraw funds and never have to deal with crooks like them ever again. As for the card even if I want to it is marked as gray (option unavailable now that my account is frozen) don't know if it was active ago but I was never interested in such card.

The account is okay. You will get it done.

Unfortunately SKRILL only talks bullshit and asked me again for documents for verification, this time I gave them same documents but with only difference that the bank statement was more actual. I don't understand what kind of bullshit is this, but trust me, this will be my last transaction with them. I withdrawn from CEX before 2 days, money already in my credit card, with SKRILL I always waited 5 working days. Shitty centralized service.

Have used that for my emails. I used that email before too during my verification as I am a very old member there. Anyway glad that I did a test with Cex.io and I can withdraw up to 1000 USD daily there to my credit card and 3000 USD monthly. It is perfect as I never did more than 3000 USD monthly. I just want to finish the transaction with Skrill and I will never ever use them again.

Whatever the outcome never again I will be dealing with them.

They are a very strange company and have acted in a very little transparent way

How they do this to a person whoch has used Skrill since 2010 and have provided them proof of residence, driving license, natioan id  and. bank statement.

I also used skrill for years and I also gave all documents, I was always honest, I always respected your TOS and I do not understand why they did this to me, I also saw that my neteller account was blocked for the same reason they blocked my skrill account

Well they don't even reply to emails.

Use this:

As far as I know bitcoin deposits can't be used for withdraw, you only can send them to others. Personally I have never had any problem with skrill, maybe I am just lucky... Be sure that they'll respond your emails and usually check spam section too.
If you want to exchange btc to paypal, you can contact me too.

I thought the same as you of Skrill as long as this shitty thing didn't happen to me. Now I think otherwise for them. And it appears I will exchange my coins through here only now, Paypal or WU(prefer WU for faster withdrawal, don't like 21 pending days waiting in Paypal) but will see. I think you are just lucky or haven't withdrawn enough, I just surpassed in total 7000 USD at SKRILL and although I am fully verified with everything I don't see this blocking of funds and try to but cannot understand it. It is plain bullshit.

Well they don't even reply to emails. This is crazy enough that I will exchange my coins through here via Paypal which i have already done so quite a few times and via WU with only very trusted members.

Skrill blocked bitcoin deposit for my country after few got arrested in my country for dealing with bitcoin.

Skrill allowed me to withdraw my fund which I got by exchanging bitcoin through bitpanda, may be that can be option to others who want to use skrill as middleman to transfer bitcoin to bank but if you are from EU zone better use direct bitpanda or other similar services to SEPA deposit.

According to skrill terms you can't use fund deposited through bitcoin to top up your skrill debit card and nothing mentioned about bank withdrawals so there shouldn't be any issue with your funds for bank withdrawal.

May be they gonna send you email similar to slow death and they might even block your account without any reason. Better use other exchanger to exchange your bitcoin for skrill and than withdraw it out. All this centralized exchanges are just bullshits...

I can also nit send any money to anyone, not even friends which I have dealt before. The document has not arrived to me, I even send them message through social medias, they have marked it as seen and do not respond. Whatever the outcome never again I will be dealing with them. Lol. Are they idiots or what ?

maybe they are  idiots or maybe they just do not like bitcoin

I uploaded funds through bitcoin and I can say that I mine bitcoin which is true.

Do not you receive e-mail from them telling you about their new demands? You did not receive this document:

My account is verified and they are saying that I must fill out this document, I must also deliver bank statement and I must also say where my bitcoins come from, they gave me 5 minutes to do this and after 5 minutes they blocked my account

Edit.

PS: I can also login and make bitcoin deposits for my skrill account, I just can not withdraw the funds. When they block account, they only block withdrawals

Lol. Are they idiots or what ? I uploaded funds through bitcoin and I can say that I mine bitcoin which is true. I would love to transfer funds but I don't know for example the bet365 skrill and in my country bet365 is blocked so I access it with Vpn and when I try to send Skrill it blocks me via Vpn. It is apparent I am not in the best of situation but I am waiting a reply from them at least.

What can be the problem...

Well, I also have the same problem and this according to them is due to the fact that they are asking for more information like:

- What is the provenance of your funds?

- Show your bank statement

- They will send you a PDF document for you to sign and then send it to them.

They did not even give me 5 minutes and they blocked my account. so I stopped using skrill

PS: I advise you to transfer your fund while you can.

Your account looks fine, are you sure the problem is not coming from the account you are trying to withdraw to?

Both pictures are from my account. I uploaded funds via Bitcoin and want to withdraw to my bank account. The bank told me, they have not limited anything, so I think is from Skrill side. Sent them a help email but they reply really slow.

I tried to withdrawal some money which I just uploaded through Bitcoin and the funds are available in my balance. When I hit withdraw it says
as in the picture number 1 below

Then in picture 2 you can see I am fully verified in everything and I am using Skrill for years now.

What can be the problem, or momentarily Skrill is f up ?
