Just use a HTTP proxy. Using it will save you from such problems

Who cares whether they block the sites or not? Just use a HTTP proxy. They'll cost you somewhere around $2 to $10 depending upon the quality of service and uptime. Or better, use the TOR browser. Their blockade will not work on TOR.
