I dunno if locking the thread will help— after all 99.9% of the thread is people pointing out that this is a scam, but I'm glad to go ahead and do so.

Also found his fake eBay "mining contract" listings:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/251401744367
http://www.ebay.com/itm/251402496365
http://www.ebay.com/itm/251402496893

Reported each one (sadly after already placing a bid), thanks to this forum I now know it's a SCAM  Wink

I wonder how many of those are "actual" bids.  He prolly had his sister in the other room, driving up the prices......

I wish bitcointalk would become a radio station on xm

Yes!  This will be one of the top ten killer apps of the century.

Imagine - you talk into your PC microphone, and it appears in text on the forum.  People click on it and hear your comment in your voice.

Tune your radio to channel BTC, and hear the comments come in real time.

I bet all my BTC (none) that this will be a killer app within 15 years.

One problem will be spontaneous spoken comments won't be as well edited/formulated, in some cases, as written comments.

Another problem is gifs and graphics - although a display in your car can take care of that, plus cause a bunch of collisions (automobile collisions, not hashing collisions.)

Schlock is using the plural "you", but I'm surprised all BFL customers can fit on 5 pages.  Must be front and back, the way Schlock likes it.

Schlock's just pissed off because this newbie scammer didn't give props to his BFL mentors...

Newbie stole PCIe card, 600G, and "labs" from Schlock's felon butt buddies, and now Schlock's mad enough to bite down.

Whoever's in the barrel tonight over at BFL executive offices better lube up - Schlock's seeing red.
Looks more like BFL lubed and took you hard, seeing your 5 pages long butt hurt.

The "fact" that he order 2 weeks prior to the website being created should be all the information that is needed to label this as

SCAM

The only question now is will he drop it or will he make another 2 day old account and sockpuppet and defend this poor Avi99s guy

Lol, these guys are too funny. I did a live chat with them. They told me they get their ASIC chips from Intel. Screenshot here:

I know this is an obvious scam, but there should still be a warning. I don't want these idiots to scam anyone on bitcointalk.

I wonder where he got the idea for 600G, for the PCIe card, and for the word "labs" in his company scam name.

He's clearly been paying attention to the right people in the BTC universe, or sub-universe, as the case may be.

Threads like this are a common way to introduce scams. I've never heard of this miner, has anyone else?

Edit:  Ah looks like other people have done some sleuthing and this seems pretty clearly scammy, as expected.

Good catch. Got to give him credit though, lol. At least he didn't make a post like "600GH/S CARD AT SKYMINER! ORDER NOW!".

Does the guy get any points for speed?  Ambition?

Poor schmuck, having to do everything on his own.

Yes you can add more.  Buy USB 3.0 to PCI slot converters and you can chain 128 of them...
