But really, maybe you should get to the bottom of what's causing Malwarebytes (and potentially other anti-virus/malware programs) to block your website due to a suspected virus/malware within it.

It's a false positive, disable your AV and take a look at the site.
You will notice there is not even a single .exe file at all, let alone a malicious one.
