Yeah I guess you are right on being specific. I think a trading / speculation Slack group would be anyway the most interesting thing for most of the people. Would it make sense to do that for this community and promote it here or is it just the wrong place? Because it feels like al the commentators are not really interested in it (no blaming! )

Slack groups tend to be more specific into a general topic. A slack group for the entire Bitcoin community would be way too much communication to keep up with in my opinion. You are better off looking for ( or creating ) a Bitcoin/Altcoin trading group if that is what you are interested in rather than a more generic Bitcoin one. I'm sure there are already some out there but I don't know of any offhand.
I just thought about getting _this_ community into a Slack channel, or at least people that are interested in real time chats. Don't want to hijack this platform though - was just wondering if people are interested, because at the end of the day we are all in the same boat and want to make a little profit!
We don't have any slack groups but usually, ICOs or even some bitcoin related projects under development have slack groups, If you are looking for a group where you could simply speak in general about trading etc... I'm afraid there isn't one, If you want something specific (for a specific project), then a simple googling should give you the result.

I am very new to this forum. Silently reading a lot of posts but never registered. But because I am increasing my own trading activities I want to be part of the community too. Soo a nice hello from my side!
I was just wondering if there is any Slack Team set up for this group? Would be exciting to have some real time talks about trading, speculation etc. with the community - because sometime real time can benefit all of us if the market gets crazy
