Place a garlic under your pillow. it'll help.

Does it help?  Maybe i should try this one. I am aso encountering some problems with my sleeping habits.

Wel best thing is to do something boring anything you don't like do it by Hook or crook believe me you'll feel sleepy

Do you know something to take for sleeping for sure ? ,a thing that we  can take everyday for life

good supper helps me to sleep well.. you should try to eat more before going to bed

u may like to try a glass of milk before sleeping or listening to some relaxing music,pills can help too but they are addictive usually

My Own Daily habit, One Day Sleepless, Other day 12 hours sleep.
Sometimes, sleep all over night, morning, afternoon and evening. My friends call me dead man. LOL

Exercise before the evening (cardio).

make yourself hyperactive, so your energy will be drained away. and you will be exhausted. at that time you will really need to sleep

get more exercise during the day and I take a supplement called "Z-Matrix" its a ZMA type supplement that helps me get into a deeper sleep. I found that melatoniin helped but it became very habit forming and i became even more dependable on it and I couldn't sleep without it.

you should drink a milk glass before going to sleep, and if you feel hard to deep into sleep then count from 1000 to 0, that should help you feel sleepy.

Well this might sound funny or stupid to you, but drinking milk actually helps.
basically warm sweet milk can help your body and brain to calm down and therefore help you sleep. Smiley

It's also a big problem of so called blue light, when you use smartphone a lot, and your brain gets mixed signals if it's day or night

I am the person who is sleepless...Every night i dont have enough sleep i always sleep so late...sometimes i cant stand properly when im awake in the morning because of sleepless...so bad and so sad.

we have to maintain our health, hard work complain us every time then we have no chance to take along rest in our everyday life, take a good yoga may be able to help you avoiding and refreshing from sleepless...

make it a habit to live healthy and do not forget to change the pattern of life. I also like to sleep the previous night but I make it a habit not to stay up and it worked

Try to count sheeps, this works fine to me usually. Imaging you have a lot the cute sheeps just like the one in Shawn the sheep, then count Grin

Try taking Melatonin. It can be a BIG help. Also try not looking at a screen 1-2 hours before you go to bed. Hope it helps out! Melatonin you can buy OTC.

I think you should see some doctor or therapist.They will give you the right medication i guess. Don't worry you are not alone, there are over 1 billion people in the world who can't sleep well.

The disease that uncomfortable, I if it’s hard to sleep especially night usually me for eating again feel full for sure I fast a sleep  Cheesy

Sleep is a human need to live healthier
Due to lack of sleep or sleep too long is not good for the body that causes the mindset and immune system to decline and this happens to every human being who does not maintain a healthy lifestyle.
then sleep whenever you have to sleep ....

I also have the same problem, I sleep maximum 5 hours then wake up and can't sleep longer. Then I feel so tired all day and a bit stressed

It's unhealthy to be sleepless for long periods of time and can adversely affect you, recommending that you seek professional help instead of turning to a forum.

But sometimes i can't sleep just for some days. But if days turns into weeks and weeks to months then you should seek professional help.

Rub a little lavender essential oil on your temples, or put in a diffuser near your bed.  Helps relax and put you to sleep.  you can also try peppermint oil, that works well for me.

I say goodnight to all of my body parts. Good night toes, good night right foot, good night left foot............................ Usually by the time I get to my upper body, I'm asleep. I guess it's kind of like counting sheep, it takes my mind off of a good day or bad day.

You need to spend all your daily energy to have really good sleep. Otherwise you can't rest enough. Sleeping pills are effect your body and mind, i would never recommend it. You can drink herbal teas, it may help. But as i say if you don't spend your energy you can't sleep.

Well, some take sleeping pills to sleep, some read books and fall to sleep while reading. Some also drink a glass of warm milk they say it helps. I take natural. I take herbal.
