This wasn't written by Balaji, it was written by Andreessen Horowitz (see "Source" on the slides). Further, no where here does it say that Goldman Sachs listens or cares about his opinion on Bitcoin. The real news is not that a bitcoin supporter is taking meetings with Goldman Sachs. The news would be if Goldman Sachs listened, agreed, reacted to this information.
