I think your fine as long as theyre not crosffired etc.. it doesnt matter what order theyre put in as long as its the right pcie slot and you have a power cable going to it from the PSU.

I have 3 5830's mining away on an MSI FX890-UD70 mobo on the first 3 slots closest to the cpu.

Can I take the middle one out without any problems, or does there need to be an order in which you put in the gpus?
