Why it takes 20 minutes or more just for a single transfer of tokens?
Your transaction need to be processed by a miner, no miner processes your transaction equally your transaction will be left there forever or cancel by the blockchain.
It's depend on your fee transaction, if your fees are high the miner will process it in the few minutes. But if it's low? Get a boost speed transaction or they will be left there in a month.
Yes it is normal. Miners are congested on the network so difficulty increased and cost increases.Also if you exceed your fee then it will take less time. The time it takes is to confirm all the transactions in one block.
