Are the ethereum in different wallet? And if the ethereum are in different wallet how do you want to batch/clump them together, then send them to another wallet address?

You have to send them separately, and pay a fee for each of them. Same applies to the tokens as well.
I have small amounts of ETH change on dozens of wallets. Is there any way to batch send them in one transaction or do I have to pay a transaction fee for each? Same question for the tokens on the wallets as well.
