We are going back to $1200 again soon. Seems no one really cares about SEC rejection on ETF. Nothing really big deal. Thats because supporters are really want to hold bitcoin no matter what. They just realized, bitcoin can still recover even the price falls down. Whats the use of selling it? We are at $188 on bitstamp right now and looks like nothing happen.
I really hope that bitcoin will go back to 1200$ again soon. Bitcoin proved that even if there are more bad news to come, bitcoin had a power to withstand the dump because of ETF rejection. It might not really be a big deal but what do you mean about 188$ on bitstamp right now? Is that some kind of typo error? According to preev bitcoin's current price is 1,175$.

No big deal happened

Yep. It's funny how these things work. A small sell off and then gradual creep back up toward previous high levels.

It's reaffirming to know that so much long term support exists for bitcoin. If there was a real lack of confidence the price would have dropped further and stayed there. This also demonstrates that while there was some support priced in ahead of the ETF decision, most of it was fundamental support for bitcoin.

I'm bummed there wasn't a better buying opportunity (at least not yet). But I'm thrilled to see the support.

All this ETF drama, will it be accepted or rejected, has created different situations on the market but actualy the whole story was just exaggerated. No big deal happened, this small dump only, that might have happened anyway and I don't expect further big crashes. Bitcoin probably has become a bit imune on situations like this which is actualy good news.

It dumped so fast, I dont know what will happen next. But maybe it will recover soonest, others are speculating that price will be worse though. And, we know other people are ready for the outcome of this dump and pump scheme.

It was obvious that the ETF will be denied, but many people here we creating hyip  and false expectations that it would be approved and the bitcoin price will be $5000 after one week.
I only regret that i didn`t sold my bitcoins at $1250,but i`m not a speculator anyway.

Yes, it was really obvious that ETF will be denied and the price will go down. I have sold have of my Bitcoin at the peak of the surge, just waiting for the lowest point to buy some.

You might have to just keep waiting. The price is at $1180 levels, which is not too different from what it was yesterday (pre-announcement). It is possible that the crash and the bounce back have already happened.

Price drop is just normal for bitcoin specially by this time when etf is rejected and new bitcoin core is release.Bitcoin will go crawl back to $1000 mark but now by this time value will just rise now.So dont worry aboutprice drop its just normal

So, I've reconsidered and I now consider this an obvious spam thread.
It is quite possible but it doesn't necessarily have to be one.

It has really affected the price and this time its now decreasing fast.
If you thought for even a second that there was not going to be a crash on a denial, you really need to educate yourself.

I think some maybe impressed or discouraged of this intital decrease this days, and I think if gets worsen it mamy be fall below $1000.
Doesn't look like it. It seems to be crawling back to $1200.

It is quite possible that you're already late. If the price peaks over $1200 again, you're most likely late.

If you look carefully the dump was preceded by a sharp increase. I think the big whales were trying to create a pump-and-dump wave. However, this negative ETF news has no effect on bitcoin price in long term.

It has really affected the price and this time its now decreasing fast. But I am positive that it will recover again even though it's on a challenging situation for the investors who relied on the price movement. I agreed on you pal, and for me its a normal things that the price will drop after the result of ETF in SEC, for sure there are some discouraged and some's are happy including myself Cheesy Because in my analysis bitcoin value increase due to the demand of people in the whole world not in that things. There are hearsay that panic buying will be happen but no worries if that happen because it will still recover to increase again. Smiley

I noticed that as well, on BitcoinWisdom the chart looked like there was a flash price increase then I checked closely and the price was reached $1,350 i thought that it wasn't that bad because the price was around $1,246.00.

I looked that the price again today and there was a small crash that went down to $975.00 on BitcoinWisdom/Bitstamp. I am guessing that it's from the ETF rejection and people who thought that the price was going to have a major increase started to dump within Bitcoin Exchanges.

I am thinking that its not a small bitcoin dump because it affected well with the price which actually dropping rapidly from $1300 down to $1100. That made others feeling in doubts now speculating worst ideas about bitcoin future price. But for me I would't be afraid because as I started bitcoin that price that year was at around $300 selling price and until now it's actually doing good performances, due to people is now more educated enough to use bitcoin.

Obvious troll thread.

Did I just waste 30 seconds of my life?

Actually, at first glance I missed the fact that both links were to the same website... as if it's necessary to link to where you get your Bitcoin price in this day and age.

So, I've reconsidered and I now consider this an obvious spam thread.

That's because you are just dumb enough to not, or too lazy to, compare the price listed at http://www.freedomsphoenix.com/ to the ones listed at http://bitcoincharts.com/markets/.

Cool

What's going on?
SEC denied the ETF. There are plenty of threads about it.. everywhere.

Does it have to do with the new Bitcoin Core version?
No.

This morning I saw Bitcoin at http://www.freedomsphoenix.com/ above $1250... maybe close to $1280. They show some kind of average. Bitstamp would have been near this. Now Bitcoin is below $1100.

What's going on? Does it have to do with the new Bitcoin Core version? Does it have to do with THAAD (http://www.freedomsphoenix.com/News/214173-2017-03-10-china-warns-of-nuclear-first-strike-in-response-to-thaad.htm)?

What's it all about?

Cool
