But using Google you get that link very easily.

Yea, those who don't know how to use forums will have a problem. But it's not a big deal.

For newly registered information should be visible in all forums what they need to do to be able to normally use the forum. Not everyone is psychic to guess from this forum are such restrictions ...

It's a bit funny with the need to inquire on the other side of what the problem is ...
